Barra Burgers with Roast Veggie Quinoa

Paprika roasted veggies are tossed through honey mustard quinoa and topped with a succulent barramundi burger.
Instructions:
1. Cook frozen Topsail Barramundi Burgers following packet directions.
2. Toss Edgell Chick Peas and vegetables in paprika. Roast until cooked and golden.
3. Meanwhile, combine cooked quinoa with roasted veggies and parsley.
4. Drizzle roast veggie quinoa with dressing and top with barramundi burgers.
