Spice up catering options with butter chicken, mango chutney and mini hashbrown triangles in slider buns.
Instructions:
1. Cut chicken into 50g chunks.
2. Sauté Edgell Onion and brown off chicken.
3. Add butter chicken sauce, simmer to cook chicken.
4. Cook frozen Edgell Hashbrowns Triangles and frozen Edgell Chips following packet directions.
5. Spread mango chutney on slider. Top with lettuce, butter chicken and hashbrown. Serve with chips.
